Please allow 7 to 14 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date your order was placed for your order to ship. If you have not received a tracking number by the 15th business day (Monday - Friday), please contact us. We are unable to accommodate expedited shipping requests at this time. We are not responsible for failing to meet requests outside of the 7 to 14 business day time frame.

We ship using the address provided in PayPal - please verify that the information is accurate.

Returned orders will be reshipped at your expense. For payment issues, please contact PayPal. For issues with shipped orders, please contact USPS.
